I’m the person you want in your corner when home gets complicated.
I’m a real estate broker, a relentless problem-solver, an enthusiastic gardener, a Renton local, and someone who believes good advice should feel honest, not salesy.
Most people do not come to me with a neat little plan. They come with questions, competing priorities, a house that needs work, a move they did not expect, or a decision they have been circling for months. I listen, tell the truth, and help turn the messy middle into a plan that actually makes sense.

Why I do this.
My path into real estate
I came from sales, so the sales part of real estate wasn’t necessarily the scary part. What changed was what I was selling.
Real estate gave me a way to use the skills I already had, but with something that actually mattered in someone’s life.
And my own relationship with “home” has never been a straight line. I’ve bought homes, sold homes, gone through a short sale, rented, rebuilt after divorce, raised my son as a single mom, and lived in a bunch of the communities I now work in.
So I don’t really see real estate as just buying and selling houses. I know firsthand that where you live can represent a beginning, an ending, survival, starting over, stability, or finally feeling like you’ve landed somewhere.
I think that’s probably why I’m less interested in selling someone the “perfect house” and more interested in helping them figure out what actually works for their life.
My own housing story
I bought my first home in Maple Valley in 2007 and ended up short-selling it in 2012. Later I bought another home in Renton, sold it during my divorce, lived in Newcastle while learning how to be a single mom and really building my real estate career, and eventually bought a home in Renton again for Asher and me.
That means I’ve experienced real estate from a lot more angles than “agent.” I know what it feels like when buying a house is exciting, and I know what it feels like when selling one is tied to a really difficult chapter of your life. I know what starting over feels like.
That probably affects how I work more than anything. Not every transaction is a happy little “next chapter!” moment. Sometimes people are moving because they got married or had a baby. Sometimes it’s divorce, death, money, an estate, a job change or something they never planned for.
I can handle the logistics without pretending the emotional part isn’t happening.
Straight answers, smart strategy, and no disappearing act.
I’ll be honest with you.
If a house is wrong, a price is unrealistic, or waiting is the smarter move, I will say so. My job is to help you make a good decision, not talk you into one.

I plan, anticipate, communicate, and keep the moving pieces moving. You will not be left wondering what happens next or chasing me for an answer.
See how I help sellers →I’ll treat it like it matters.
Because it does. Your home, money, timing, and family are personal. You get my full attention, my judgment, and someone who is still in your corner after the keys change hands.

I’m happiest with a full house.
I’m a mom to Asher, who is eight and absolutely my whole world. At home, it’s me, Asher, and our two dogs, Sixx and Arry. I’ve got a pretty incredible group of friends who have become family, and a boyfriend, Sean, who has somehow already been roped into the gardening, home projects, softball, and whatever other chaos I’ve decided is a good idea that week.
I’m an extroverted introvert, which basically means I love my people fiercely, want everyone at my house, will absolutely find a reason to host something… and then may need a full day alone afterward.
My house is rarely quiet and almost never perfectly put together. There are kids running around, dogs underfoot, friends in the kitchen, something cooking, and usually some project I decided needed to happen immediately.
Home, to me, has never been about having the prettiest house. It’s about having a place where your people know they belong.
I tend to get involved.
I’m currently President of the Cascade Neighborhood Association, I am the new PTA Co-President at Asher’s school, and I’m an active member of the Renton Chamber.
Apparently, simply attending things has never been my strong suit. If there’s an event to plan, a fundraiser to pull together, a local business to support, or a way to make my little corner of Renton better, there’s a pretty good chance I’m somewhere in the middle of it.
This is part of my Rooted story. Showing up, getting involved, and caring about the people and places that make a community feel like home.

Apparently, I need hobbies for my hobbies.
I garden. I bake. I cook. I craft. I bowl. I play fantasy football. I love the Seahawks. And I have a slight tendency to turn a perfectly reasonable weekend project into something that requires power tools, three trips to the store, and significantly more time than originally planned.
I like making things, growing things, feeding people and figuring things out. Sitting still has never really been my thing.
If you made it this far, we’ll probably get along.
Whether you’re planning a move, trying to figure out if you even should move, or just have a real estate question you need a straight answer to, let’s talk.
