Tiffany explained that Sweet p Beauty first blossomed in 2014, initially operating within the Euro Institute of Skincare in Renton. However, as fate would have it, the opportunity for a storefront emerged when their previous space was needed by the Euro Institute. Tiffany shared, "That was not my original intention to have brick and mortar anything. I just wanted a small place to do my thing, but it's grown, and I'm so, so happy and grateful that it has."
Tiffany's journey in the beauty industry began back in 2007 when she joined Mac Cosmetics. After gaining experience and finding her passion for bridal makeup, she realized the challenge of booking weddings due to conflicting schedules. This led her to explore other avenues and eventually pursue a career as an esthetician, earning her Master Esthetician license. With her license in hand, Tiffany established Sweet p Beauty as more than just "makeup by Tiffany." It expanded to include lash extensions, skincare, hair removal, and the wonderful world of bridal beauty.

I actually just wanted to work at Nordstrom and wanted a discount there, and Mac Cosmetics called me."
